YK Series Oscillating Granulator

The machine forms the required granules from moist powder material or crushes and dries block stock into granules of the required size. Its main features are that the rotating speed of the rotor can be adjusted during operation, the sieve can be removed and remounted easily, and its tension is also adjustable. The driving mechanism is enclosed in the machine body, and its lubrication system improves the lifetime of the mechanical components.

Only the rotor’s YK160 B speed can be adjusted during operation; its surface is painted for universal usage. All the types, including a new type, are designed in accordance with GMP standards. The surface is made of high-quality stainless steel and looks nice. The metal and stainless steel screen mesh significantly improves the pellet’s quality.
