ARAMARK Cleanroom Services offers a full line of reusable and disposable garments for use in cleanrooms and controlled environments. Our barrier garments, under garments, and ISO certified processes have been designed to address the typical needs of Cleanroom customers including: contamination control (particulation, microbial and molecular), durability, sterility, static dissipation, moisture repellence, and of course, comfort and fit.

ARAMARK offers a broad range of cleanroom fabrics, including our exclusive StarShield HD ESD™ fabric and StarShield Conductor™ fabric. Rigorous laboratory tests show StarShield™ fabrics meet or exceed the competition in all key performance metrics, including bacterial filtration efficiency and electrostatic dissipation. We can design custom garments based on your specifications to meet your unique needs or choose from a broad selection of in-stock garments that have become the industry standard. With ARAMARK Cleanroom Services stock garment program, you can always count on a steady supply of high-quality garments. Some of the unique features of our (in-stock) garments include:

  • Each garment is identified by unique barcode and human readable property mark
  • Exacting size specifications used for all garments
  • 100% Laser or pre-serge edges
  • Double-needled, flat felled seams

ARAMARK Cleanroom Services operates seven ISO Class 5 (Class 100) cleanrooms in the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico. Your garments will meet or exceed IEST RP CC003.4 standards and manufacturer’s specifications. Your garments will also meet or exceed Class A standards as defined in IEST RP CC003.4/ASTM FS 1-00.

CleanTrak™ is a state-of-the-art web-based garment management system, where all the items in your program are visible 24/7. ARAMARK’s unique CleanTrak™ barcode system allows you to:
