The founders of Advance Fittings Corp. evolved from the food and dairy fitting industry with the “CONCEPT” to focus primarily on the BPE-316L pharmaceutical fitting industry. Unlike many companies from the 1980s that no longer exist, Advance Fittings Corp does and is Bigger and Stronger than at any time in history.

In addition to BPE-316L fittings, Advance also manufactures custom-fabricated components from customer drawings. When a customer has an idea, our engineering department will assist with the design to achieve the lowest possible cost for the component. BPE Standard 316L Fittings

  • SIZE RANGE: .250″ OD through 8″ OD*
  • AUTOMATIC WELD END: Compliant with Table DT-3 Chemical Composition; Table DT-4 Tangent lengths.
  • HYGIENIC CLAMP FITTINGS: Per BPE dimensions. Type A & B
  • FINISH: Final tolerances for Fittings and Components mechanically polished refer to Table DT-5. Electropolished refer to Table DT-6.
  • RANGE: Mechanical polish 30Ra min to 10 Ra max
  • Electropolish 20Ra min to 10 Ra max
    • BPE Standard does not include 8″

Sanitary and Industrial Fittings

  • SIZE RANGE: .250″ OD through 12″ OD in 304 or 316L
  • Bevel Seat, Hygienic Clamp, and Butt Weld fittings meet 3A Standards
  • Industrial Tube OD Fittings are tumble-finished

Custom Fabrications

  • SIZE RANGE: .250″ OD through 14″ OD on any stainless components
  • CAPABILITIES: welding, forming, machining, mechanical or electro polished to your specifications or our design engineering group can assist you by providing our expertise and develop a drawing for your approval.
  • FABRICATIONS: manifolds, spool assemblies, double feed tubes, blend or filter housing, valve nozzles, multi-port fill head u-bends, blow down or dip tubes, valve bodies, spray ball assemblies; give us a drawing or an idea and we will fabricate and polish the part to your satisfaction.
