Benzo (a) pyrene is a polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon that is harmful to human genes and can cause cancer. At present, the limit standard of Benzopyrene in common food in China is: the food hygiene standard of meat products and grains is 5 μ Below g/kg, vegetable oil is 10 μ Below g/kg, 5 for smoked and roasted animal foods μ Below g/kg.
