ZP320D-21D Series Rotary Tablet Press

This machine is a single-press type, continuous automatic tablet press for pressing granular raw materials into tablets. It is mainly used in pharmaceutical, chemical, food, electronic, plastic, and metallurgical industries.

Characteristics

• The outside part of the machine is fully enclosed and made of stainless steel, meeting the G.M. P requirement.
• It has transparent windows so that press conditions can be observed clearly and the windows can be opened. This makes cleaning and maintenance easier.
• The machine can press round tablets, different geometrical shapes, and double-layered and annular tablets; the tablets may have impressed letters on both sides.
• All the controllers and devices are located on one side of the machine, making operating easier.
• The system includes an overload protection unit to prevent damage to the punches and apparatus when an overload occurs.
• The machine’s worm gear drive adopts fully enclosed oil-immersed lubrication with a long service life, preventing cross-pollution.
