ZP680C Series Rotary Tablet Press

The machine is a three-pressure automatic rotation, continuous press machine. It presses various kinds of granular materials into tablet form, with the most outstanding advantage of being able to produce irregular tablets with widely different geometrical shapes, such as double-layer tablets and double-sided engraved tablets. It is mainly used in the pharmaceutical industry and is also suitable for the chemical, food, and electronics industries.

Product Structure

• This machine adopts a fully enclosed structure with the operation compartment isolated compartment from the outside, ensuring cleanness in the tablet compressing area without creating cross-contamination with the outside; the compressing compartment is wholly made from stainless steel, which complies with the GMP requirement on the production of pharmaceuticals.
• The surface of the turret is chrome playing to avoid the wearing of the turret.
• The frequency conversion device controls the driver’s speed adjustment.
• The machine adjusts speed by means of frequency inversion. The motor is connected to an underplate to prevent the motor from shaking when working.
• The machine is equipped with an overload protection unit to avoid damage to punches and apparatus. When overload occurs, the machine stops automatically.
• The machine’s worm gear drive adopts fully-enclosed oil-immersed lubrication with long service-life.
• Prevent cross-contamination
• All the controllers and dev devices are located on the side of the machine, making it easier to operate. The machines have protective devices for broken upper punches.
