Main Applications

ZLK series high-speed granulator has been used successfully in the pharmaceutical, chemical, and food industries for many years. The ZLK rotary screening machine with suitably designed screen inserts offers optimal homogenization of significant free-flowing materials. Agglomerates of friable products are broken by the stationary breaker insert (stator) and speed through a precisely perforated sperm (rotor) using centrifugal force. Unique friction screen in seats mill and sieve complex products simultaneously grinding oversized agglomerates. Therefore, if this equipment is used with a granulator,, the niformity of granules will be significantly improved.
