CW Series Efficient Universal Pulverizer - World Pharmaceutical Technology ®

This machine is a hammering-type mill used to pulverize drugs, chemical materials, foodstuff, and other materials with medium hardness and low viscosity. It is suitable for the production in middle and small batches or laboratory sample experiments. Materials are fed into the pulverizing chamber by a spiral conveyor and pulverized instead of other energies of other energies of revolving parts of the machine.

This machine is simple in structure, and the pulverizing chamber can be dismounted, assembled, and cleaned easily. All the parts in the chamber with contact materials are treated specially and have corrosion resistance.

The CW Series Efficient Universal Pulverizer comprises a water-cooling pulverizing unit, electronic speed adjustment and crew bar feeding mechanism, vertical material collector, and efficient deduster. All of the surficial parts are made of stainless steel. Thus, it features high pulverization efficiency, fineness, and uniformity of products and is easy to clean. There will be no flying of powder.
