Ingersoll Paper Box│Since 1922

Welcome

Ingersoll Paper Box began in 1922 as Ingersoll One and Paper Box and has remained in our family for over four generations and ninety years. Until the early 1930s, we made ice cream cones and paper boxes to contain them. People have told us that during the depression, our company handed out the broken cones to the people within the community; it was a real treat when money, food, and jobs were scarce.

As much as business has changed, the demands in 1922 compared to those in the 21st century would all be relative to the time. Back then, a rush order was a rush order, just as it is today, and being first to market was no less critical than it is now. Our reputation as a trusted supplier and our business itself has grown through the success of our customers. We know, just as they did in 1922 that our customers depend on us.

Over the years, we have witnessed many changes within the industry and have always strived to implement the latest technology at IPB. New customer requirements and a commitment to continuous improvement have built the company over the past nine decades and will continue to drive its future.

Just over 90 years old, the company is as strong as ever. With a diverse customer base and a solid and dedicated group of employees, Ingersoll Paper Box Co. Limited is a company we are very proud to be a part of.

We Understand Your Needs

The pharmaceutical industry needs a packaging partner who can react quickly. Ingersoll Paper Box understands the tight deadlines associated with first-to-market product launches, and we thrive on the challenge of a quick turnaround project.

Braille embossing is an essential market for Ingersoll Paper Box. IPB is North America’s first folding carton converter to install Valeo Melton’s BrailleChek Camera Inspection System. The BrailleChek System examines each braille-embossed carton at full production speed, using high-speed camera technology and custom lighting to check the depth and accuracy of each dot.

Our New BrailleChek Inspection Technology guarantees defect-free boxes and 100% Braille inspection with bar code verification.

Our facility is equipped with the necessary tools to meet the demands of the food packaging market. We adhere to rigid guidelines and are trained on the required controls for sensitive products. Quality agreements are in place with all critical suppliers. Our facilities are climate-controlled, and we have procedures to address security concerns.

Whatever your packaging objective, paperboard promotes, protects, and improves how retail goods are delivered to the store shelf and, ultimately, to our homes.

Retailers and manufacturers of consumer products are turning to paperboard for their packaging solutions. Your company brand relies on good market positioning and brand identity. IPB offers high-quality printed folding cartons and has the necessary procedures to ensure defect-free, quality cartons on time, every time.

Project Management Matters

At Ingersoll Paper Box, we’re committed to providing our customers with the best folding cartons possible, and we are backed by exceptional service. The IPB service team includes experienced managers and personnel, many of whom have been with the company for over 20 years.

Our Sales Representatives are supported in the office by a designated Customer Service Representative who works closely with their accounts. A Job Coordinator is also assigned to each new project and follows its progress through production. Before production starts, this team meets to discuss quality concerns and delivery schedules with the operating personnel who will be involved in the project. This total involvement approach ensures no details are overlooked from receipt of your artwork to shipment of the finished product.

Once shipped, the team conducts a post-production analysis of each order. Opportunities for cost savings and improved delivery are identified for future orders.

Computer systems enhance our entire operation, from ordering materials to shipment of finished cartons. Through our networked manufacturing and scheduling system, we can quickly provide customers with inventory and shipment updates, order forecasting, and design development information.

The Proof Is In The Package

Our dedication to continuous improvement allows us to provide our customers with the highest-quality folding cartons backed by exceptional personalized service. This combination of quality and service has helped us build long-term partnerships with many customers.
