ONE POT Gelatin Melting System

Agitator & Homogenizer

In the same tank, the low-speed Paddle & Teflon scraper blade impeller and high speed using that coarse particles can be distributed, melted, painted, and mixed functions quickly and easily Mixing system.

Vacuum & Heating

It can be agitated from low viscosity to high viscosity, heated, and kept at a constant temperature. In addition, maintaining a vacuum is possible for the drive.

Bubble Control Valve & Sensor

it has a function to control using the automatic valve that level of foam automatically so as to prevent the overflow of foam with a built-in anti-foaming sensor.

Condensate Water Weighing System

Measure the weight of the condensing vapor that evaporates when gelatin is cooking with the Condenser & Load cell, and it is a clear pointer to the decision to shut down the moment for cooking as the weight of the condensation.

CIP Ball
